In August of 2025, ServiceArc successfully implemented our Information Security Management System to meet Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 1 requirements. This company-wide initiative marks an important step in strengthening our cybersecurity posture.
The management system created encompasses key areas of our operations, including facility security, network and systems access, as well as logging and monitoring practices. Through this effort, ServiceArc applied and enhanced a range of security measures designed to better protect sensitive information and ensure compliance with federal cybersecurity requirements. Key improvements included the implementation of stricter access controls, more clearly defined data protection and device security practices, increased employee awareness, and strengthened documentation and incident reporting processes. These efforts have reinforced our commitment to maintaining a secure and resilient operating environment.
This milestone reflects our dedication to safeguarding both company and customer information, while building trust through strong security practices and compliance. ServiceArc will continue to build on this foundation as we are actively working toward meeting CMMC Level 2 requirements in the future, further advancing our cybersecurity capabilities and commitment to continuous improvement.
